- What does refurbished mean : Refurbished products are unused customer returns that are essentially "new" items, or they may be defective products that were returned under warranty, or products that have been exchanged for or sold after use, and after repairing the defects products are available for reselling with manufacturer warranty/seller warranty.
- How are refurbished phones different from New: - The main difference between "refurbished" and "New" products is that refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly, and are thus defects free, while "New" products may or may not be have defect as they are box pack untouched.
- What is Box Changed : Original box is replaced with new box, as due to handling original packaging is having marks of handling.
- Where can I get my product serviced in case of problem:
- Scenario 1) if product is sold with Manufacturing Warranty, buyer can get the service from local service network of manufacturer. The process will be same as new product.
- Scenario 2) if product is sold with Seller warranty, buyer will have to approach seller for any issue. The buyer (on a case to case basis) may request the buyer to send the product to sellers place and seller will help for repair / sellers service center network. However, in majority of the cases, Seller will raise a defect case on Jeeves.co.in or Housejoy.com. The representatives from either of these organisations will visit your place & carry out the necessary repairs/replacement on the product. Depending on the terms & conditions of the warranty (which are always the same as of the original product sold), Seller will pay for the repair/replacement
