Laptop Warranty Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions Salori E Commerce Private Limited

Retun Policy: We are very sorry that we do not have a return policy. The reason we do not have a return policy is because a lot of effort goes in packing, QCing, taking a video of your product, etc. We also offer our customers the exclusive advantage of seeing the product from all corners before it is shipped. No one tries to marry an online purchase with offline the way we do. We try to offer you the same touch & feel experience of an offline store in an online world.

One can argue that the cost of the product can be increased to accommodate this RETURN REQUEST, since not all customers will RETURN PRODUCTS. But, we also think that it is not fair that other customers lift the bill for someone else's requirement/s.

Also, we have suffered where some of our customers have misused the facility, by cannibalising parts/damaging the product. However, please be assured that if the product does not match the description or is damaged in transit, we will absolutely cover you. However, you will need to follow the process we elucidate in our email to you post purchase.

In the case of extreme circumstances when we agree to refund the amount, we will levy a cancelation charge of 4% on orders ordered through our website
